Anxiety / Panic / Stress
Anxiety is something we all experience from time to time e.g. interviews, exams, starting a new job etc. When anxiety becomes excessive and begins to have an impact on daily life - for example through panic attacks or excessive worry. It is at this time that perhaps someone may need professional help in order to speak in a confidential setting about their anxiety / worries and learn how they can best deal with them in order to resume to a more comfortable life where anxiety does not control your daily life.
